  WE had brought in some coats for our softball team, Provided them with the Logos of both sponsors. both to be placed on the coat. They wrote the wrong name on the coat, made it Toronto International Vacuum and not Toronto Industrial Vacuum. They way to fix was to place a black patch over the mispelt name, and reprint. With the reprint, it ended up melting/marking the logo ontop of the lettering. This was $50 coats, that were then ruined. They still functioned, but did not look as nice as they should of been. This could of been avoided by showing me a proof of the print prior.

  these guys are a joke, I ordered and paid in full for an order of 20 pieces of clothing in the beginning of November. I have received 7 pieces of clothing that were made correctly. 7 other pieces had to go back because they were made incorrectly and I am yet to receive them plus 6 pieces that never got made. they don't answer phones or emails. it is almost the end of February and still nothing. at this point I think its fair to say they've ripped me off for over $250 and strung me along for the better part of four months. do not recommend using them.
