- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-27, by Michael NiffinWe are in the market for a swim spa and have been to a couple other dealers and have had great experiences with the sales staff. I popped into the pioneer store today. The smallest things make all the difference. When the "salesman" approached me there was no "Hello, how are you? Can I help you?" Just a blunt " what can do for you?" No smile on the face, no handshake and no introduction. I asked a couple questions regarding models and pricing and asked for a pamphlet, which I was given. The "salesmans" disinterest was clear especially after our previous experiences at other stores where the sales people were overflowing with information about pool specs to detailed maintenance costs. I'm willing to give the store another try but if I walk in and see that person I think I'll just leave and save the hassle. Even when leaving he couldn't be bothered to say "thanks for coming in" or anything. Truly disappointing.
