  I have had a horrible experience with MDG. I purchased a 48 inch TV which was delivered by UPS ground. Upon opening the box we found the screen had multiple cracks. Speaking with Amina and Michael in Customer service , they stated upon the receipt of the received TV back that they would send another television which they did but on arrival the screen was cracked worse than the first one. I explained that these TV's are not made for 8-10 days of over the road travel. They stated that they wanted to send me a smaller 43 inch TV but by the same UPS ground. I told them they need to send it by air. They have refused to ship by any other means. They send me a shipping label to send it back. I told them I did not want another television by UPS ground. I have sent many emails to Amina and 98% of the emails go un answered. I have requested on multiple occasions for the money back and and there is never any response. I have spoken to my bank and they told me to dispute the charges and a stop payment would be placed on future payments. I don't think this is a reputable company. I went ahead and purchased a TV locally. It appears I will have to get the bank involved as they don't respond to anything. If I call I get voicemail and they don't return calls. I would recommend that no one buy from them as the customer service is poor at its best.
