  Our experience at Lexus of Barrie was nothing short of phenomenal! The service was prompt and beyond-friendly, and we felt welcome and important from the second we stepped inside until the end of our second visit. Our representative was Monique Wery, and she made us feel truly comfortable and valued as customers during our visits. The team here doesn't push hard on extras or warranties, and seem very honest about options and prices. Multiple staff-members followed up after our purchase to insure we were happy and satisfied, as well as going out of their way to acquire specialty items for us after the sale. I would highly recommend this location for anyone seeking top-notch service and friendly staff.
