Giant Tiger have spent a lot of money and effort moving from a "rummage sale" to a clean, compact better stocked store. They can't be beat on some items. I got a pair of black cargo pants for $25, regular price! A little time on the sewing machine to sew in a crease and voila, a pair of regulation pants at half price!
