We've been behind on our bathroom reno for quite some time. The problem being to replace a standard window with a vinyl solid window. Once it was confirmed a window was our only choice, the timing was terrible, from 4 weeks to 12 weeks. Alex came through with a quality window and installed it in under 1 week. He originally quoted 2 weeks, but placed a custom rush order for us. He even came out the same day to measure. Installation was detailed, fully sealed and professional. I highly recommend Alex, like many in this forum.
